Animation is Magic

I feel like drawing this to show my passion for Classic cartoon shorts and My Little Pony, since I haven't drawn those for a while. Since most of them are american cartoons and to show that I'm also a Brony and a Cartoon Shorts fan, I think I should just pair with them just because and draw them in the same vector. I'm thinking that I should be pairing with one cartoon character per franchise and company. Although they will be some exceptions.

Let's start with Mickey Mouse and Twilight Sparkle. They're both symbolize Friendship and Magic and both are the leaders of the franchise. They both like to help any friend and never hesitate to make new ones. They are also the pupils of the masters of magic and they both got magical powers.

Then there's Spike and Felix the Cat. They're both loyal and sometimes mischievous. They are reliable and always one step ahead of any problem. Plus sometimes they have the wierd crushes. And I kinda think they have a similar voice.

Next is Applejack and Bugs. I know...Bugs is more of a comedian and Applejack is more serious and down to earth. However, they're both calm, easy-going, occasionally modest, Doesn't mind anything unless something troubles them. When they're pushed to the limits, they'll try to get even with any bully or threats.

Plus Pinkie Pie and Woody Woodpecker. This one is a little difficult, cuz there are a few screwball characters that can match up with the Pink-meister. For me, it was down to Yakko and/or Wakko, Daffy Duck , Screwy Squirrel, and Woody Woodpecker. I'm thinking Woody would be best with Pinkie because they're both hyperactive, happy-go-lucky, and insane. They have wits, ability to pop out of nowhere like a cartoon character, and they kinda have high-pitched voices.

With Sonic and Rainbow Dash, I kinda cheated on this one. Although Sonic is technically a Video Game Character, he is practically based on Mickey Mouse and Felix the Cat, so...why not? Anyway if any brony knows Sonic, it's pretty self explanatory.

Now with Fluttershy, Tom and Jerry, I guess the only way I can say The comedy duo can be represented as Fluttershy's split personality. She can be either like Jerry by her kindess and always stand up for her friends and the weakest animals, or like Tom by her aggressive, cunning and violent nature. They all can't talk much, and I bet it would be adorably funny if Fluttershy takes care of these two tiny forces of nature.

And then there's Rarity and Gandy Goose. I guess I can say that they are white, have the funny tone and accent. Plus, they do have a unique sense of imagination. Whenever they're on an adventure, they can get a spark of inspiration to make things more interesting.

Finally, there's Sunset Shimmers and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. It's pretty interesting because they're the opposite of the main protagonists. They lived under their shadows trying their best to become as popular as the heroes, but their plans fell flat in their faces. As time moves on after the protagonist save them from their despair, they tried their best to become better people, no matter how many times people reminded them about their mistake, and succeeded.
